How long does the shipping process after I've placed and paid my orders?

The shipping will require 2-3 working days within Java Island areas and 3-5 working days for outside Java Island areas after your order is comfirmed. Delay might occur during public holiday.

How do I track my orders?

You can contact our admin through Whatsapp (0853-5792-2222) for your order's information and tracking status.

I need my orders to arrive as soon as possible, can my package arrived on the next day?

You can choose Next Day shipment method that we already provide.

I bought the wrong colour/item/size. Can I exchange my product?

Unfortunately we do not accept exchange system. So please make sure once again before placing your orders. We have put our detail product on the description.

What payment method does MORNINGSOL accept?

We accept payments from bank transfer BCA and MANDIRI, DANA, OVO and QRIS and Credit Card.

Can I pay my orders when it arrives?

We're so sorry we do not offer COD (Cash On Delivery) service for now. We will process your orders when your orders are paid in advance. To avoid cancellation, make sure to attach payment proof after making payment!
