Can I modify or cancel my order?

An order cannot be changed once it has been processed by our warehouse. Before our warehouse has started processing the order, we can update the size or color of the item.
If you wish to receive support with changing or updating your order, please contact us as soon as possible and make sure to have your order number available.

Can I exchange my orders?

Defected products has to proven with unboxing video.
Items can only be exchanged and it should be new, unused, unwashed, with all the tags still attached.
We do not provide pick up service for exchanges.
If you want to exchanged your order, please kindly inform us within 7 days after you received the package.

How many days it take for my order to arrive?

Packing and Shipping usually takes between 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location, but may take longer time if it worldwide shipping, and shorter depends on the daily demand. More specific shipping days can be found when selecting your preferred shipping method at check out.
